So you are saying you want to concatenate the descriptions from multiple duplicates into 1? I hunk this is doable. Please post some sample data in a spreadsheet and I will take a look.

the numbers in your input and output are the same. So what it is you are trying to do? Is it to change the Name descriptor so it shows the name of the level above as part of the hierarchy? Is this a realistic sample of data? eg in your sample data, the same name never appears twice at all, ever acro...

I assume your PC is configured for the AUS region. Assuming so, try loading the data using Power Query. In Power Query, there is an option to change the data format "Change Type\Using Locale".

Sorry, I’m not clear. Did you write 2 different measures, one for cust type G and one for cust type S? When you put these 2 measures into a table with individual customers, do the 2 measures give the correct answer for the correct customer type? I wouldn’t do it this way. How about write a measure that gives the correct 60 day total. Then write another measure that gives the correct 30 day total. Finally write a measure that switches between the other 2 measures depending on the type of customer. You can use variables and do this within one...
