Update values from another table

Good day to all dear member:

I have two sheet in the same worbook: "New Price" & "Previous Price"
I need to replace new price instead previous price according with column headers common between both (Material Number, PO Price, etc)
After this update, I need to recalculate column [Total Actual] with this formula → ([PO Price] + [Freight]) * [Usage].
How do I get this only for items that are changing and without include or add more columns?
I was trying with Record.FromTable but I'm new with M code.
Could you please help me?

You could use a such solution for updating with join by key new and previous price tables.
