Daily Running Totals based on weekly budget

Hey everyone!
I am struggling a bit with calculating daily targets based on a weekly target.
I have a budget table with a structure like
Area I Year-week I Budget

Now I need to divide that weekly budget by the working days per week.
For this purpose, the calendar has the column "isWorkingday" (1 I 0).

Now, how can I divide that weekly budget by the number of working days and accumulate this target for the whole week and month?
