I need to import external csv data files into an excel table. Then, I need to classify manually the data so I create a new column for it.
The problem is that every time I refresh the query to get new data, the rows are moved according to the new csv file data however the rows of the column I've created manually remains in the same order, hence the classification is ruined. The rows of the column I created do not match the rows of the query data.
For example, if I want to import my bank statements and then I want
to classify each of the entrances in topics like Food, Travel, etc. every-time I refresh the query to get up to date data statements the classification I made manually is ruined and no longer meaningful.
Could you advice how I should be doing such things to avoid this problem?
