Chapter 17 - Disconnected Table, p 151

Hi
When entering the formulas demonstrating Variable Syntax, for some reason that I have tried but have failed to figure our Customers[BirthDate] is not recognized as a column (intellisense does not 'sense' it) and the formula will not work. Has anyone had similar difficulty?

Any time IntelliSense does not assist you with a column name, the most likely reason is you are writing the formula incorrectly. IntelliSense only works when you write the syntax correctly. Perhaps you could post the formula you are writing here or check it against the book.
